There’s only one word we can use to describe Luke Sabal’s new parkour video: “wow”. The video, which was shot in various outdoors locations around Terrace, features Sabal flipping, gapping and doing tricks we don’t even have a name for.
“Some good training in Terrace BC,” he explains.
Sabal says that he’s “had a passion for parkour since I was little, and now I’ve made a living as a parkour coach/program director.” He likes to “express myself with my own style of crazy tricks and big jumps!” according to his YouTube profile.
